3 garlic cloves sliced

1 cup rice
1 cup white wine
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
pinch of saffron
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated Parmesan
salt and pepper

Stir in rice until all rice and oil is mixed together

Add saffron and frozen peas. When the rice is cooked add a slice of butter for extra creaminess
