3 garlic cloves sliced
1 large onion chopped
1 bay leaf
1 cup rice
1 cup white wine
2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
pinch of saffron
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated Parmesan
salt and pepper
Heat olive oil, chiles and onions in a large pot
Stir in rice until all rice and oil is mixed togetherStir in stock and wine. Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally
Add saffron and frozen peas. When the rice is cooked add a slice of butter for extra creaminess
Now just add the parmesan cheese and enjoy!!And that's a wrap...this recipe is delicious and super easy!!
