New Years Eve is a fun holiday not only because it's a fresh start to the new year but also because your able to spend time with close friends and get all 'jazzed up'. It's a holiday where you can get away with wearing a somewhat loud sequined dress because it seems this holiday was renamed 'the bigger the better...bring on the bling'.
